Established in 2020, Rim Lakes Vacation Rentals is a full-service property management company specializing in short-term vacation rentals along the Mogollon Rim of northeastern Arizona. Lori Baker, our General Manager, is a White Mountains native, born and raised in Heber-Overgaard, with a deep understanding of the region and its vacation rental landscape. As a licensed realtor, she brings extensive experience managing both short- and long-term rentals throughout the White Mountains, with hands-on involvement in daily operations, local service coordination, and maintaining consistent property standards.
Her familiarity with Heber-Overgaard, Show Low, and surrounding communities allows her to lead with practical local knowledge while ensuring professional, reliable execution across all departments.
As General Manager, Lori oversees day-to-day operations, team coordination, and execution, ensuring Rim Lakes continues to operate with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Lori's aim is simple – to consistently deliver a superior 5-star experience for owners and guests alike.
As a local property manager, Laura McIntosh is dedicated to caring for our Show Low and Pinetop-Lakeside portfolio with heart, and precision. With over 15 years of leadership experience and firsthand success as a vacation rental owner, she understands what it takes to exceed guest and owner expectations. A Navy veteran and long-time resident, Laura blends local insight, hospitality, and creativity into everything she does. She’s also a professional photographer, having captured over 300 listings with drone and real estate imagery that elevate each home. Whether managing properties or photographing them, Laura is passionate about creating memorable, well-loved mountain stays.
