Residing at the top of the Rim since 2016, Stephanie and Jim Weigold found a gap in the market that needed filling and decided to embark on this exciting journey in 2020. Their initiation into the vacation rental business was through personal experience of renting out their family cabin in Forest Lakes. This hands-on experience, coupled with the steep learning curve they navigated, made them realize the pressing need for a reliable and professional property management service in their area. Their mission? To provide homeowners with a service that would care for their properties as if they were their own.
Stephanie and Chelsea leverage their combined and impressive 50+ years’ experience in real estate, finance and project management. Jim and Phillip bring their exceptional craftsmanship, mechanical prowess, and problem-solving skills to the team. As the financial and strategic overseer of the company, Stephanie’s aim is simple – to consistently deliver a superior 5-star experience for owners and guests alike.
Kim Bauer manages our Heber-Overgaard and Forest Lakes portfolio with warmth, precision, and a genuine love for mountain living. After swapping her corporate career for full-time life in our community, Kim is excited to bring her incredible customer service and operational know-how to the Rim Lakes portfolio. With over 30 years of award-winning leadership experience, she has a proven track record of building customer-focused teams and creating exceptional guest experiences. A fellow cabin owner and active community member, Kim combines local insight with a friendly, detail-oriented approach that ensures owners feel confident and guests feel at home. Whether streamlining operations or elevating the guest experience, Kim is passionate about helping every property thrive in the Rim Country.
As a local property manager, Laura McIntosh is dedicated to caring for our Show Low and Pinetop-Lakeside portfolio with heart, and precision. With over 15 years of leadership experience and firsthand success as a vacation rental owner, she understands what it takes to exceed guest and owner expectations. A Navy veteran and long-time resident, Laura blends local insight, hospitality, and creativity into everything she does. She’s also a professional photographer, having captured over 300 listings with drone and real estate imagery that elevate each home. Whether managing properties or photographing them, Laura is passionate about creating memorable, well-loved mountain stays.
